Protein Smoothie

Turmeric is a powerful anti-inflammatory, which makes it a great addition to a post-workout protein smoothie.

Tropical Turmeric Protein Smoothie

Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Makes 2 glasses.

Ingredients:

  • 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 c mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 c pineapple, peeled and choppped
  • 1/2 orange, peeled and chopped
  • 1 c almond milk (plain and unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1-2 scoops Eidopro Protein Powder

Method:

Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
