Trail Mix Protein Granola

Preparation Time: 10 minutes. Bake time: 15 minutes. Makes 7-8 cups granola.


    • 3 c large flake old fashioned oats

    • 1/2 c sunflower seeds

    • 1/2 c pumpkin seeds

    • 1 c sliced almonds

    • 1/2 c shredded coconut

    • 1 tbsp cinnamon

    • 1 1/2 c dried mixed fruit (blueberries, cherries, raisins, cranberries, diced apricots)

    • 1/4 c coconut oil, melted

    • 1/4 c honey


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In large bowl, mix together oats, seeds, almonds, coconut, cinnamon, fruit and Eidopro Protein Powder. Add in oil and honey, mixing with hands until well coated and clumps start to form. Spread mixture onto baking trays in thin layer. Bake for 10 minutes, stir and bake for 5 more minutes or until golden brown. Serve with yogurt and berries. Store in airtight container for up to 1 week.

Perfect for a quick, healthy breakfast. This granola is light, crunchy and packed with protein!
