Ingredients:
1 medium beet, cooked, peeled and chopped
1 c fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch ground cloves
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 c almond milk (plain and unsweetened)
1 tsp turmeric
1 scoop Eidopro Protein Powder
Method:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
