Spicy Beet-Berry Protein Smoothie

Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Makes 1 glass.


    • 1 medium beet, cooked, peeled and chopped

    • 1 c fresh or frozen blueberries

    • 1 tsp cinnamon

    • 1 pinch ground cloves

    • 1 tsp vanilla (optional)

    • 1 tbsp chia seeds

    • 1 c almond milk (plain and unsweetened)

    • 1 tsp turmeric


Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth.

Research has shown that beets may be beneficial in boosting your stamina, which makes this sweet & spicy protein smoothie and good choice for breakfast!
