Protein Smoothie

This zesty ginger protein smoothie is great for digestion, but did you know ginger is also has antioxidant effects?

Orange Ginger Protein Smoothie

Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Makes 1 glass.

Ingredients:

  • 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1 banana, peeled and chopped
  • handful whole almonds
  • 1/4 c almond milk (plain and unsweetened)
  • 1/2 c water
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 scoop Eidopro Protein Powder

Method:

Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
