Kiwi & Greens Protein Smoothie

Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Makes 1 glass.

Ingredients:

    • 1 banana, peeled and chopped

    • 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped

    • 4 c fresh spinach

    • 1 c water

Method:

Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth.

You won't even know there are 4 cups spinach hidden in this refreshing protein smoothie! That's a lot of iron!
