Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Makes 1 glass.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 1/4 c almond milk (plain and unsweetened) divided
1 banana, peeled and chopped
1 avocado, peeled and chopped
1 dried hot chili pepper
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop Eidopro Protein Powder
Sweeten with maple syrup or honey to taste
Method:
Mix together chia seeds and 1/2 cup almond milk. Let soak for 10 minutes. Add soaked chia seeds and remaining ingredients to blender and blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
