Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Makes 2 small bowls, or 1 large bowl
Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas, chopped
1/4 c pumpkin puree
2 tbps cocoa powder
1 tbsp honey
1 scoop Eidopro Protein Powder
Up to 1/4 c coconut milk
Toppings:
Pomegranate seeds
Cocoa nibs
Shredded coconut
Method:
Add first 5 ingredients to blender. Add coconut milk slowly, and only as much as needed to blend (it should be thick enough to eat with a spoon). Arrange toppings, admire, and enjoy!
