Chocolate Honey Protein Smoothie

 

Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Makes 1 medium glass.

 

Ingredients:



      • 1 cup almond milk (plain and unsweetened)
      • 1 small avocado
      • 2 tbsp honey



Method:

 

Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth. This smoothie is thin and easy to drink.
