Very Berry Acai Protein Smoothie

Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Makes 1 glass.

Ingredients:

    • 1 c blueberries (fresh or frozen)

    • 1 banana (peeled and chopped)

    • 1 c fresh spinach

    • 1 tbsp acai powder

    • 1/2 c water

Method:

Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth.

A classic protein smoothie with a super-fruit twist. Acai is an excellent source of omega fatty acids, and a great flavor-enhancer!
