Protein Smoothie

Combine your morning oatmeal and your protein smoothie into one glass for a quick and filling breakfast.

Green Apple Pie Protein Smoothie

Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Makes 1 glass.

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1/2 c apple sauce (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 c rolled oats
  • handful whole almonds
  • 1 c almond milk (plain and unsweetened)
  • 2 c fresh spinach
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (optional)
  • 1 scoop Eidopro Protein Powder

Method:

Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
